Terms of Service

Last updated: July 30, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of TableTraining (the "Service"), operated by TableTraining ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent ("Organization"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What TableTraining does

TableTraining lets an Organization upload existing documents (handbooks, manuals, policies), use AI assistance to draft training lessons and quizzes from them, review and publish that content, assign it to team members, and track completion. Content generated with AI assistance is a draft only — see Section 7.

3. Accounts & access

There is no public self-service sign-up. Accounts are created by a platform administrator or an Organization's administrator and handed to team members directly. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions, billing & the Policy Starter Kit

Paid plans (including the Policy Starter Kit) are billed as described at the time of purchase. Prices shown on our website are introductory and may change; we'll give notice before a change affects an active subscription. Plans can be canceled at any time; we don't require long-term contracts. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to store or transmit content you don't have the right to use;
  • Attempt to access another Organization's data, accounts, or content;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product;
  • Upload content that is discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise unlawful.

6. Your content

Your Organization retains ownership of the documents, policies, and other material it uploads ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to your Organization. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it to train models for other customers.

7. AI-generated content is a draft, not advice

Lessons, quizzes, and policy drafts generated with AI assistance — including the Policy Starter Kit — are starting points only. They are not legal, HR, or compliance advice, and we make no guarantee that they are accurate, complete, or compliant with the laws of your state or locality. An administrator must review, edit as needed, and explicitly approve or publish any AI-drafted content before it is used. We strongly recommend having generated policies reviewed by a qualified attorney before relying on them.

8. Data & privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information, including Your Content, and is part of these Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if an account has been inactive or unpaid for an extended period. On termination, we'll provide a reasonable opportunity to export Your Content unless prohibited by law or the circumstances of termination.

10. Disclaimers; limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
